Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) and Homecare Based Care Programme (HBC) are the projects currently under the Health Department.
These projects are funded by USAID and target Mutomo,Muthale,Kitui and Mwingi areas with a totalof 11,161 beneficiaries.
