Caritas Kitui seeks to;
1. Advocate for good governance ,accountability,human rights,social inclusion and access to justice.
2. Promote responsible stewardship in exploitation and utilization of mineral resource.
3. Support peace building and reconciliation.
4. Engage in policy processes to influence development and implementation of responsive policies by the government.
5. Strengthen the voice of the vulnerable members of the community to;
i. Access justice,exercise and claim their rights
ii. Effectively participate in planning, budgeting and development activities at County level.
6. Ensure inclusion of socially excluded /marginalized groups.
